MD, CEO
Mr. Nelson is a consultant in Strategy and Enterprise Development, Project Management, Organizational Development and IT Business Optimization with a unique Strategy Development background, proven skills and great competences in diverse sectors including, Education, Oil and Gas, Investment, Entrepreneurship Development, Information Technology/Telecommunications, Education, Health, Agriculture, FMCG, and Manufacturing. He has over 13 years of extensive work experience spent in delivering diverse business and organizational process improvement engagements.
He is a great communicator, a good negotiator and highly persuasive with an ability to connect with people of diverse ethnicity, race and culture. He can adapt quickly to new environments and easy to learn new trends. Nelson is a graduate of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi and currently holds the position of MD/CEO HSE Strategy Development Ltd.
Aliyu Muhammad
Project Manager
Aliyu Muhammad has over 6 years of demonstrated success in project management, Supply Chain management and Improvement Identification. His hands-on experience spans across Development & Humanitarian INGO in the sectors of Nutrition, WASH, FSL and Advocacy, granted by FCDO, USAID, EU, Bills & Melinda gate, and UNICEF.
He trained with the British international safety organization and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Maiduguri and an MBA in marketing from The National Open University.

Dayo Lomuwagun is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and an accomplished author, poet, and public speaker. He trained with Deloitte Nigeria and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Ado-Ekiti and an MSc in Financial Management from Edinburgh Business School UK and is a student of Law at the University of Law, UK.
Hadiza Ali Usman
Operations Lead
Hadiza Ali Usman is an environmental management professional with years of experience working for diverse organizations such as Oxford international investment and Electricity Northwest England. Prior to her career in environment management, she was a quality control and assurance biochemist at the NNPC Headquarters, Nigeria.
She holds a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of Salford.
